Mixed Release Orders: If you are ordering a mix of pre-order and in-stock items they will only be shipped once everything in the order is ready. We will not be shipping out partial orders so please keep that in mind when ordering. In order to avoid delays, place pre-order and in-stock orders separately.
Pre-Orders: If you are ordering items that are labelled “Pre-Order” we will only be able to ship once they release and arrive at our location in Canada. All arrival dates are approximations provided by the manufacturer and are subject to change without notice at the discretion of the manufacturer. Due to the fact that pre-order item release schedule changes are not always communicated to us, we will not be able to provide status updates unless one is provided. If for any reason a pre-order model is cancelled by the manufacturer we will only be able to issue store credit.
Flat-Rate Shipping: All orders are shipped within Canada and the USA at flat rate prices with our FedEx account. This means you can order any number of items all to be shipped at one low price. Weight limits for single packages exist and the total value per package is limited to $1,000.00 CAD. Oversized and bulky items including those that are not shippable via FedEx must be shipped freight at the expense of the customer.
Duties and Taxes Disclaimer: All international orders placed from outside of Canada are subject to the destination country's import duties, taxes, and charges. These charges are in no form included in the item price or shipping charges for the order. The charges set by the destination country are solely the buyer's responsibility and refunds will not be issued for these fees on items that are returned. If a package is returned due to the customer choosing not to pay the customs fees and charges upon delivery, a refund will not be issued. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Cancellations: Orders placed and paid for can not be cancelled or refunded once received. This policy applies to all orders including but not limited to in-stock and pre-order items. If for any reason a cancellation has to be processed only store credit for the amount of the purchase will be issued. If for any reason a monetary refund is requested a 15% processing fee will be withheld from the total amount for processing fees.
